Q1: Is there any warranty on your products?
---Yes. All have warranty.
COMEPLAY gives all COMEPLAY made titanium bicycle frames a limited five-year warranty against material or workmanship and a lifetime maintenance service, subject to the following conditions:
1. All COMEPLAY's frames are made to orders and according to drawings confirmed by customers, we guarantee our products meet the requirements of orders/drawings. If any discrepancies against the orders/drawings happen, we will recall the product free of charge, replace or repair it;
2. If any quality problem happens within five years from the date of delivery, return & exchange requests will be accepted.. And the transportation cost is limited to the exchange of defective frames between COMEPLAY and the buyer.
3. If any quality problem happens beyond the five-years time period from the date of delivery, repair services requests will be accepted, cost of repair and transportation is the responsibility of the buyer.
4. COMEPLAY does not warrant frames against any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or crash or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, including, but not limited to, stunt riding, ramp jumping acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any manner for which the COMEPLAY bicycle was not designed. COMEPLAY is willingly to offer paid repair services against above situations, repair cost depends on the specific circumstances, and COMEPLAY is not responsible for any other extra charges caused by these situations.
5. Every frame made by COMEPLAY has its unique serial number carved on the bottom of bottom bracket, in order to track the record and offer a better after-sales service.

Q3: How do you ensure the quality?
---We perform inspection and test as per ISO 9001:2008
---We shall test the strength before mass production at our factory. Also, we shall ship samples to our customer for testing.
---OEM orders, we shall ship 1 pc sample to our customer. The sample will be tested by professional riders.

Q5: What’s the shipping cost from China to your country?

Q6: Do you accept LC payment.
---Yes, normally our payment is 30%+70% by TT, PayPal, and western union. However we accept LC for lot order too.

Q8: What’s your delivery time?
---We always custom the drawing according to our customers’ requirements, then we can design the drawing for customers reference, if the drawing confirmed, then after 2-4 weeks, we can shipment.
Q9: Can I take a sample for quality check?
---Yes, you could buy one to test quality
